Play and vote on the result
Teams get made, you join the lobby and at the end everyone votes on who won. Your MMR moves.

Play with people at your level
Your tier comes from the rankcheck. You can join your tier's queue and the one below it, in 3v3 and 2v2.
Each mode has its own MMR and monthly ladder: at the end of the month the best move up a tier and the bottom ones move down.
