Frequently asked questions

What people new to 6Humanos usually ask. The exact rules are always in the rulebook.

Before you start

What is 6Humanos?

A Rocket League community for Latin America with private ranked matches, or PUGs, in 3v3 and 2v2. There are players from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil and all of South America. It's run by the community and isn't affiliated with Psyonix or Epic Games.

Do I have to pay to play?

No. No queue requires VIP or a payment.

Does VIP give any advantage in matches?

No. VIP is purely cosmetic: you customize your profile and how you show up on the ladder and in matches. It helps pay for the servers and the bot.

What VIP includes

What do I need to play?

A Discord account and being in the 6Humanos server. That's enough for the Universal queue and open events. For tier queues, you link your Rocket League account and do the rankcheck.

How to get started, step by step

I play on PlayStation or Xbox. Can I join?

Yes. Link your Epic Games account: it's the one Rocket League uses on every platform. PlayStation and Xbox accounts can't be linked directly.

I'm not from Argentina. Can I play?

Yes. The community covers all of Latin America and the site is in Spanish, Portuguese and English. The season cut uses Buenos Aires time.

Rankcheck and tiers

What is the rankcheck?

The check of your Rocket League rank. It's automatic, uses your account's public stats and takes your best rank between 2v2 and 3v3 from the current season. That gives you your tier.

I ranked up in Rocket League. Can I redo the rankcheck?

No. You only do the rankcheck once and after that your tier changes by playing on 6Humanos. Only the staff can ask for a new one. If your rankcheck was rejected or cancelled, you can try again.

What if the rankcheck doesn't work?

Open a ticket in #soporte on our Discord with your Rocket League account and the staff will check your rank. You don't need to upload screenshots.

My rank is low. Can I still play?

Tier queues have a minimum rank. If you're below it, you can still play the Universal queue, which doesn't need a rankcheck.

Which rank goes in each tier

Which queues can I play with my tier?

Your tier's queue, the one below it and the Universal. For example, a Tier 3 player can play Tier 3, Tier 4 and Universal.

Queues and matches

Can I be in several queues at once?

Yes. You can join and leave each queue whenever you want. The first one to fill up is your match and you leave the others.

Can I play on the same team as my friends?

There are no parties: everyone queues alone and teams are made for each match. If your friends are in another tier, you can meet in the Universal queue.

What happens if I miss the check-in?

You lose 10 MMR and get suspended from the queues: 30 minutes the first time, 2 hours the second and 24 hours the third. Your record clears after 14 days.

Do I have to be in the voice channel?

Yes, every player has to be in the match's voice channel. Muting yourself on purpose counts as not being there. Losing voice to a technical problem isn't punished.

What if someone disconnects or leaves?

Anyone in the match can request a sub from the site and the players vote. If it passes and someone comes in, the player leaving gets −10 MMR, 1 hour without queues and a warn. If nobody accepts, the match goes on with no penalties.

What if we disagree on the result?

The result with the most votes wins. If the votes conflict with no majority, the match goes to a dispute and the staff decides. Meanwhile you can go back to the queues.

How do I flag a problem or report someone?

During the match, alert the staff from the match room on the site. After the match, open a ticket in #soporte with the match number and your evidence.

MMR and seasons

Is 6Humanos MMR the same as Rocket League MMR?

No. It's specific to 6Humanos, with a value for each mode, and the Universal queue has a separate one. Matches don't count towards your Rocket League rank.

How MMR is calculated

Does MMR reset every season?

Yes. Seasons last a month and, with each new one, your MMR goes back to your tier's starting value. In the Universal it goes back to 0.

How do I move up a tier?

By playing. You move up when your MMR passes your tier's upper limit, with at least 5 matches, or at the end-of-month cut if you finish among the best. You can't reach Tier 1 through MMR: the staff assigns it.

Where can I see the ladder?

On the public ladder, by mode and tier, with a separate table for the Universal.
